would I benefit from using them? My friend is going ls vtec and Im getting them for free. I heard the intake cam is a lil more agressive.....

only the 99-00 ls cams are more agesseve.all the rest are the same .remeber your head
is the same as b18b

I believe the B18A cams are a little bigger than B20b cams. Throw them in and see if you feel a difference.
