I want to buy some cheap EBAy stuff but I want to know from people who have already bought some of this ****. Some think its crap but i think its practically the same cause theyre knock-offs (sp?).

-CAI, there are many and almost none show the correct pic, so wich one is the best? Is there any copy of the AEM V2?
-Type R lip, should I get an ABS one or a fiberglass one, from who?
-Vision corners, how well do they fit, are they properly sealed?
-Strut bars, there is a guy selling a set of 5 bars (both front, both rear and cpillar) for pretty cheap ($150), I know they are hollow but as long as they dont brake they wont stretch, right?
-Spoon style mirrors, how do they fit, does anyone have the electric ones?
-Spoon style duckbill spoiler, theres fiberglass and cf but im cheap so probably ill get the fiberglass one and paint it black, coments on this?
-Megan catbacks?
-Reverse glow gauges

I got a mugen look a like lip off of ebay made of ABS plastic and as soon as i hit a dog doing 35-40 it snapped into 3 pieces....

 

where you dog hunting?, I do that sometimes but I prefer cats, theyre softer on the lip and bumper!!1 hehe j/k

 

do ebay research, check the sellers feedback and read what everyone says about them, then ask them questions. if someones feedback always says slow shipping guess what, if you buy from them you will probably get slow shipping too, thats what feedback is for.

for the lip i would go with abs plastic, flexes a little better than fiberglass

 

-all CAIs are same, filter is important
-get ABS, fiberglass will crack
-corners are kinda a hit and miss
-strut bars with endlinks with bolts and **** should be spot welded
-mirrors, are like corners
-spoiler, people bitch sometimes but im sure it will be fine
- cheap catback is a nono,
- gauges, don't turn the brithness up too much, u may burn it out.

basically ebay is cool

 

but do some seller publicise(sp?) their intakes like they are CAI, while they are just short ram?
What do you mean Spot welded? should I ask the seller?

I purchased fake Visions from eBay and haven't had any problems with fading, cracking, condensation, etc. Good buy.

 

sparkz sells powered spoon style mirros...i believe they are about 95 bucks shipped COD...at least thats what he quoted me on...i'll be ordering a set as soon as i can get some extra cash...
