Default Dyno questions.......stock b16

my longblock should be here in about a week or so......and my question is is there anything special i should do or request to make this setup last alot longer then my last three motors.....
stock gen 1 b16 with jg victor man. and gsr cams
spearco ic
garret t3/t04e
custim ic piping
greddy type s bov
aem reg, rail, and delphi 75lb inj.
hondata s200b/p28
walbro intank
hoping to run 10lbs daily, maybe 14 at the track on some race gas.....looking to get around 250-300whp.....is this goal achievable and will it still be reliable?? i just want the thing to last, it seems i can drive my car for a month or so, then i get into some race on the freeway and i'm running out fifth gear, then walking home, it's gettin retarded, but i can't afford to finish my b20/vtec, so i'm hoping this will do the trick for the time beeing........thanks

Yeah tell em to tune it rich as hell as owner has poor impulse control. That should do the trick

No 11:1 is more like it 12:1 not to bad at all. The tuner will know what to do just ask for a very conservative tune.

i plan on tuning it conservative......but heres a question, if i tune it to say 11to1.......how much power would i make compared to a tune of around 12.5......is there alot more power to be had by making it that much leaner? i want it to be safe, but i'm just wondering......thanks

You dont know until the you goto the dyno. It all depends on that particular motor. It might like it when it runs richer or vis versa.
