fuel problem on turbocharged 92 civic
i have a 92 civic hatch with a h23vtec,crower rods,arias pistons,lightened crank,ferrea valves,t3/t04e,paxton fuel pump,720cc injectors,apex v-afc
mallory boost dependent fuel regulator.the car pops and cracks right after going into v-tec at 4800.moved v-tec point up to 5700 and problem started there.
fuel meter goes dead lean and back when this happens.can raise fuel up on
v-afc and it does not help.heard v-tec match/unmatch needs to be set to compensate for extra fuel needed when going into v-tec.has anyone experienced
this problem.would appreciate any info.

with your setup i would highly get a better fuel controlmechanism than a VAFC thats just plain ghetto with 720cc injectors. I would at least get a simple standalonethat can control injector pulse. the FUEL regulator with VAFC is just not the way to go on that type of setup.
yeah man, those 720's are way to big to be running on a stock computer. the VAFC doesnt work on turbo cars because it's not MAP based, it goes my RPM. If this is a daily driver I would suggest something like hondata.
PS. if you want to get rid of your 720's please email me.
