Default VAFC question

Thinking about getting a VAFC in the near future. I know the correct way to tune it right is on the dyno but, has anyone noticed a decent difference just with the seat of your pants feel playing with it on the street?

No. the dyno is really the only way to know for sure..
and a line in your sig says "Like an incurable disease you can't get rid of."
That is why it is incurable... you can't get rid of it.
You should change it to.. Like an incurable disease .

sorry.. redundancy gets on my nerves at times.

You can also lose power instead of feeling any gains unless its tuned.

off topic (MISFIT): can you translate that poem or whatever it is on your sig? I believe its in latin? It seems quite interesting.

I've tuned mine for more midrage during driving, but it's best to go to the dyno for this as the dyno is more accurate that any Butt.

I used the VAFC before and pretty sure that the only way to gain the best power is THE DYNO......If you tune it yourself, the only fun thing is your Vetc can start at whatever RPM you wish(even at 3200 rpm), but will cost a lot of gas and the power is not gaining that much. I end up sold my VAFC and bought a Mugen computer and get it tune on the dyno. Maybe you should go for a racing computer instead of buying the VAFC. Vetc start at 4500 RPM and up to 9500 RPM, can kill most of the street cars easily!!
Good Luck!
