i am having some fuel problems
my set up is ls block ctr pistons
2 layer head gasket
gsr head with a little clean up so about 12.6:1 compression
i have a b&m FPR, vafc and 255lph fuel pump
i am wondering what fuel presure i should have it at i just changed the plugs to ngk zfr7f-11 and i gapped them at .035 last night i ran the car hard to see how it felt with all the new stuff and it pulled fine
this morning i checked the plugs and they were white so i am thinking i am not running enough fuel the gauge says about 50 psi my a/f ration gauge stays in the orange and green
just wanted to know what you guys think any help would be great

get it to a dyno and tune it..Only way to find out..Continue like that and you might mess it up..Just my 0.02

 

DYNO N TUNE IT N SEE WHAT POERE UR CAR MAKES THEN KEEP IT ON SPECS

 

Sounds like you might need bigger injectors. Thats a good amount of compression. I would dyno it and see where its at. An A/F gauge (non-wideband) will not be accurate, so don't trust that.
