I bought a accord today i think i got a good deal. Its a 96 Accord V6 with 89k on it. runs strong. but its a v6 so its heavyer. Automatic and it has leather in it. I bought it for 4400 bills.

 

Pretty good deal but take care of the tranny..add a bigger tranny oil cooler.
but the v6 engine probably will give you crappy time working on it.
I am tired of fixing mine..tranny, headgasket, alternator, oil leak cv boot, one after one other..

as long as the car is in good condition, that is an excellent price that you got it for... IF you don't beat the crap out of it, it should last for many more years........

 

Should I of got a 4 banger instead? what kind of v6 swap can i do? I bought it out of portland oregon.

 

if that thing is your daily driver, be thankful you got the V6 as it is a LOT quieter than the 4 bangers are

 

HIghly recommend you to get a four cyl, that engine is drinking gas like fat kid drinking soda in summer

nope, not a straight swap for sure. they have 14 years gap between those motor
