Default Best Manifold for under 500???

i need a good T3 External wastegate ready Bseries manifold to start piecing together the integral parts of my turbo setup... anyone with a boosted teg have any suggestions as to what manifold is known to perform well and is well casted and welded??? i've got enough flow for a 400-500 $$ mani... also... as a side note... what turbo do you think i should go with?? 60 trim with an A/R .63 exhaust housing or do you think i should go smaller??? thank you in advance... peace

for your price range you could get a cast inline pro manifold or a welded manifold from tinker219 , i think thats his name . you could get the inline pro manifold from Arturbo .

hope that helps
