I treid searching, but only found posts that are talking about big numbers and the intercoolers that should go with them. I have a 01 ITR and am going with a t3/t4 garret turbo and looking at 9 psi stock internals tuning with Hondata(i am peicing together my own kit). I have decided to go with a PWR intercooler but not sure what size i should go with, i have been told to go with 3"+ thickness-but that would reqiure me to cut my grille. I really want to aviod cutting the bumper grille, but if performance is going to be that much better, with a 3"+ thickness, i will. So please give me your insight on what size intercooler would be good for my set up. Thanks

Look into the Greddy frontmounts. My buddy has one on his R I'm not sure what size it is, but it is at least twice the size of the standard Spearco chiller. Check them out on Greddys website.
