License Plate Bumper Bracket.
How is the receiving bracket inside the bumper, mounted to the bumper? I took my plate off to wash my car and one the brackets inside the bumper fell off so now I can't remount my plate. Is it welded to the bumper (factory error) or is it installed maually (shop error)?

I suppose you're talking about part #5 in the picture, which is held in place by a bolt (#34) and a threaded clip (#37)

I'm not sure if thats it?.. from the looks of it #5 in the picture has both the bolts connected I think they are seperate cus only one fell off I'd run withou the front plate but I got pulled over a lot for not having it.

the front of #5 in the picture has holes for two bolts (the bottom of the license plate)- the back of #5 has one hole, where 34 and 37 mount the piece to the front bumper.

oh my bad
perhaps you can get the bottom thing, and just have 3 bolts holding it in?
I'll check for you once I get my front bumper back from the shop to see how the top ones are held in.
Cheers.
