Who makes sunroof plugs?
If your talking about sunroof fillers I belive this place makes them.

I'm not sure what car you have but maybe call them if you are having problems finding them on the site. Maybe they don't make them and I'm just reading the site wrong. I'd call them and ask them.

Thanks...I eamailed them yesterday so we will see. I might just cut it out of the left over Lexan from my windows. It just feels kinda weird to remove a perfectly good sunroof.....lol

I was thinking about tossing the glass and replacing it plexi and still have the sunroof functional....anyone have an idea on what just the glass weighs?

I wouldn't waste your time....the glass can't weigh more than a couple of pounds, for all the effort that would go into doing that I don't think the minor weight saving would be worth it. As for the weight all together....mine had to weigh atleast 40 lbs.

you could make a frame like i have and put a weather stripping on it. it would be non functional but still save the weight and keep most of the water out. maybe even get a weather strip that was somewhat "T" shapped so a small edge would sit ontop of the roof, possibly keeping more water out, as compared to a "flush mount" style weather stripping
