hmm...I had the JDM conversion on my old GSR and didn't need the Fender brackets @ all...@least for the MUGEN bumper
Then I gave the FRONT end to a friend(
for a swap for his 98+ front end) and he put the JDM OEM bumper on it and didn't need the Fender brackets either??
I don't think you HAVE to have them?? Could be wrong..but I do know you have to have the Bumper Reinforcment and that other bar so it dosen't SAG.
