Default itr cams inside a b16a, low power, do I need ecu chip/vafc/fpr?

I have itr cams and skunk2 cam gears(set at 0,0) in my b16 with a pr3 ecu, do I need chip/vafc/fpr for my car to run right? I also have intake and exhaust. It seems like I should be making more power, but I dont know if my fueling is correct... any ideas why I am not making as much power as I think I should be? I know my v-tec crossover is too low at 4800, it feels like it pulls like a regular car until 6k and then starts pulling good to redline....

itr cams are only worth 8-12 with no suporting mods. I.E. ported, valves, springs, intake, exaust.

You won't be able to feel 12 horse by seat of the pants dyno.

Ok, so there you go. You got your 12 HP out of your cams.

Well, your right it is to low... and what do you expect?? its a 1.6L motor... all of its power is made at the top end... your not gunna get that much power out of ITR/CTR cams with just I/H/E... it will give you what he said... about 12
