i have to agree with boostfed . me and my friends had some blocks sent to GE and on a few of those blocks the sleeves had dropped
. i have yet to use my sleeved block but im thinking of changing the sleeves to Darton or RS before i install it

Darton all the way, aaaaahem. Dude your like 1.5 hours from me...save yourself the shipping and bring your block to me for the sleeving.
For oem parts I would add a belt tensioner and spring---real good insurance.
Get either a b20, or itr oil pump...they are basically the same and have higher pressure then LS and b16.
No need to resurface flywheel unless your replacing the clutch disc. Replace clutch disc while out, they are cheap enough.
Arias pistons are pretty loud in terms of piston slap. I would do wiseco or even ross. I dont think 9:1 are flattops either, i may be wrong.
Motor mounts. You can get the 3M window weld stuff. I hear it works well and is relavtively inexpensive if you split the cost with another cause supposedly one tube does 2 complete sets of mounts.
Umm, thats all I can think of. Oh, might as well have the head checked for flatness while its off. You also have to choose what hg too---I suggest cometic HP with Darton blocks.

9:1 pistons in a b16 actually are almost flat tops because of the small stroke of the b16. Sounds like you have an easy decision on the sleeving, Dan is right around the corner from you. I'd take it to him and get the darton sleeves
Thanks for the recommendation Tony.
I didnt put 2 + 2 together when looking at his series motor on the pistons.
