Default Intercooler on an all-motor

I wanted to know if this is possible and a good idea. Trying to have the air cold all the time. Would it be legal? I would have my scoop on the left side..ran to the intercool..which would be connected to the tb/intake manifold. good or bad idea?

You've got no way to push the air thru a cooler without a turbo/supercharger...

The air is already cool. An intercooler cools the heat generated by the turbo or blower. It would be more efficient to run an intake tube through your headlight or bumper. You would just be cooling air that is already cool. It would be restrictive.

An intercooler works because of the temperature difference of the intake air and the ambient air. The temperature difference is there because the turbo heats the air when it compresses it. With no turbo or supercharger you have no temperature difference, and with no temperature difference all the intercooler does is restrict airflow.

It does work!!!My friend tried it.He made 5hp and torque all through the rpm.It would've more efficient cause my friend used a fuel pump instead a water pump.Yes it was water to air intercooler.
