the spoon one layer, most people thought was too thin. Just go with the mugen or spoon 2-layer gaskets, or look into a custom cometic size

Well my first choice would be a stock headgasket as I don't really prefer the thin headgasket, but since this isn't me.....

1. Cometic makes it, but their thinist is .025" compared to stock .029"
2. Buy a Spoon, Mugen etc... and have someplace like Golden Eagle overbore it to 81.25mm
3. Buy a stock one, have it overbored and pull out the middle layer.
4. Try Mr. Gasket. I have a friend that used one of there 85mm B16A gaskets and said that had multiple applications.

IF U WANT A THINNER HEAD GASKET YOU COULD DO A COUPLE OF THINGS.FIRST YOUCOULD TAKE A STOCK HONDA GASKET AND DRILL OUT THE RIVETS AND SPLIT THE THREE LAYERS. NOW U COULD USE EITHER THE MIDDLE LAYER BY ITSELF OR USE THE TWO OUTER LAYERS DEPENDING ON HOW THIN U WANT IT.IVE USED JUST THE MIDDLE ONE B4 HAD NO PROBLEM JUST USE COPPER SPRAY OR OTHER GASKET SEALER.

use oem headgasket. if you want one layer, use middle layer.
if you want two layer, take out the the middle layer, and combine the two.
be careful with the rivets. there is no problem taking the oem headgasket apart as my friend and i have done it tons of times. i am currently running the 1-layer only (middle layer), make sure you use copper gasket spray.

someone compared mugen (or was it spoon?) and found that they look the same
as oem gasket but only missing one layer. so why spend the money when you can get oem headgasket for less.

if you have .25 over, don't worry about overboring the headgasket. remember
stock pistons comes std or .25 over and they share the same headgasket. so
there is no reason that you need to spend more money to get the gasket bore out .25mm. (i run 81.50mm pistons with STOCK 1 layer headgasket and no problems)

just my 2 cents.
