Default 2 ltr. 220+ Hp crate engine from MR. Gasket

i havn't seen anybody post this yet so here goes. I attached a clipping from the article below.

"Every G-Sport Pro engine is shipped to you in this sweet, solid wood crate that that would look great in your living room as a coffee table — really!" Blum continues, "OK, I know, get to the good part. Yes, this engine #@&$in’ ROCKS! And we hope you like to buy tires. Because our XG20 naturally aspirated Honda 2.0 liter engine will provide 220 HP to whatever wheels you put on!" Each performance component has been specially designed and custom made for this G-Sport engine, including a super-strong G-Sport Pro block from Dart Machinery, G-Sport Pro rods from Oliver Racing, G-Sport Pro pistons from WISECO, G-Sport Pro spec crank, G-Sport spec cams, and a host of Mr. Gasket gaskets. This truly is a coalition of the worlds best. You have Mr. Gasket’s word on it.

Here is the link to the website with the full article.

You have to figure in the cost of a brand new motor though. I`m sure it`s not for everybody

true. BUT id like to meet one person who wouldnt rather just buy a blown or even running b18 block for less than 1000 bucks instead of their equiptment. on top of that you cant even run that setup competatively at most sanctioned races. what type of cylinder head is included?

btw, this is the link you meant to post

So you`re saying they won`t even sell one?

It`s an OEM Honda Cylinder Head (brand new).

there's alot of people out there who can bolt in an engine but don't like messing with internals....

although I agree, 11k is a bit much.

for that price I guess I would rather have and engine shipped from japan, from a real tuner like JUN, SPOON, TODA ect... ect...

Naaa not my stilo though. Price is to high for a domestic tuner.

exactly.

Btw, YellowKahuna, domestic tuners are just fine. That was a pretty ignorant statement. Take your jdm blindfold off and open your eyes.

to what Ryan and Steve said.

IMO, i the guy doesn't have a mullet and isn't listening to 80s rock on the stereo, he aint a real tuner. (that comment was made with sarcasm for Ryan, wanted to clarify since this forum can't seem to figure these out for themselves anymore)

First of all Mr. Voodoo I did not say anything negative about domestic tuners, furthermore you missunderstood what I wrote.

1.) 11k is alot to pay for a motor. I can spend less and still put up 220 with good products and good tunning.

2.) For that money I would rather get a tuned motor from a Japanese tuner, but IT IS NOT MY STYLE. Stilo is spanish for style. Stee - L0. sorry for the slang . In other words I wouldn't waste 11k on a motor, Japanese or domestic.

3.) I totally agree that there are some great domestic tuners around that can put up some great Horse Power and Torque for less than 11k. I never did say they were bad, not at all infact they are just fine

11k is to expensive

My blinfold is off and my eys are open, but I think it's you who needs glasses to see where a period ends a sentence.

Ok, you would rather have an 11k spoon motor? Now that`s funny.

By the way, in regard to the glasses comment, maybe you should put yours on so you can find the spell check

I think it's even sillier to criticize someone for what they buy with their money!
