I have problems with window closing. It stops right before complete closure and when on the highway it wistles from both windows. Is there a fix for this? Can I lube anything, maybe window rubbers? Or is it normal with these type of windows/doors.

 

Take it to a local Honda dealer. Your car is still under warranty. I had a similar problem. My driver side window wasn't aligned correctly, and there was a problem with the motor. And whenever I went over a bump, that window would rattle. Had to pay $100, but there is still a rattle. I just turn up the music volume when I'm driving now.
