Default jun 3 cams +NITROUS

i have heard that it is possible to spray with JUN 3 cams and still use a shot of nitrous. i was wondering if this is true and if so what size shot. i have an ITR engine and was looking for around 200-210 HP off the bottle while still being able to have the option to spray safely. what should i do to achieve this goal and are the juns good for spraying?

Basically when you spray wiith high lift cams such as the jun3's the n20 just gets wasted.

With just I/H/E and the cams you should be looking @ almost 200hp. I saw a type R pull a 197hp w/ that setup.
