Default tranny or driveshaft problem??

I am posting for a friend. Whenever is he putting a load on the drivetrain (starting from the light or when he is cruising at 60 and blipping (on and off) the throttle), he gets this noise from the passenger side. This noise reminds me of chain links hitting together....like "cling cling"....The noise is only there for a sec and it goes away until i blip the throttle again. I know it's something to do with the drive train since it doens't make any noise with the car in neutral and me reving it.
He also noticed while shifting hard (redlining) from 2nd to 3rd, the steering wheel pulled right.

Any inputs? Thanks.

BTW - this is in a ITR tranny with stock LSD. Thanks.

EDIT: My bad....the noise from cranking the wheels one way is the 205 Azenis rubbing on the inner subframe! We examined the car a little closer today to find some rubbing marks on the subframe.

Put it in the air and check the CVJs.

The passenger side axle sounds broken.

I will check into the axle....but there is a shop that is telling me it could be the springs on my pressure plate. Could it be possible?

For all those that helped....it was the driveshaft! Thank God it's not the tranny!
