Default b16 ecu in GSR?

Hey I was wondering, what would happen if I put a 00 civic Si in my GSR? Would it give me 1 stage vtec? Would I lose power because I'm using a 1.6 ECU in my 1.8?

i have an sir2 ecu (i think thats what it is, anyway). p2t i beleive it is. vtec engages at about 5900 or so. the secondaries are open all the time, which makes you lose power in the low end. i just put in the ecu yesterday to try it out again, and my car felt a lot slower than with the stock gsr ecu. unless you have a skunk2 IM, its not good for gsrs.
