Default Rebuilt motor, smokes but good compression

I just finished rebuilding my B18C1 bottom/B16a head combo. I put in JE 11.5:1 CR 81.5mm pistons, new rings, and fresh bearings and bottom end stuff. I got it running. The oil pressure is good, I've only put 10 miles on it so far. But it smokes. It looks like blue smoke, which I know is oil. Is this normal for a fresh motor? I did a compression check and it read 240psi on 6 cranks on each cylinder. Could the oil rings not be seated yet? Or could stuff be burning off from the head? I didn't do anything to the head except clean up the carbon with some ATF and carb cleaner. The head was fully serviced about 8000 miles ago. Other than the smoke the car runs good. Any input? Thanks in advance...

Lots of honda builds smoke, give it a week or two let the rings seat then see what you got.

Check your plugs/wires to see if any oil leaked in there.....

I'm gonna keep driving it and see what happens. Hopefully its just that stuff is still burning off and needs to seat.

Plugs and wires are clean, nothing wrong with them, no leaks or anything weird.

As said above, JE says that the minimum clearance should be .0033", the block was bored to approximately .0040", which is well within spec according to the techs at JE.

I drove the car some more today and the smoking isn't nearly as bad as it first was. I'm thinking I may still have stuff in the combustion chamber in the head and in the exhaust manifold/ports. I'm wondering if its still burning off.

Well with recently just seeing and IB block and SGT head come together and put in a car, it smoked a decent amount at first. After a couple days and some hard boostin action runs pretty good now.
