I'm wondering if it's possible to get a replacement metal panel that is underneath the side mirrors on an EK? I'm talking about the triangular piece with the three holes that connect the mirrors to the car. Don't ask me why, it's a long story. Thanks!

I guess my original post wasn't too clear. I know that the door is one solid piece, I was wondering where I could go to buy some thin metal so I could make it into a triangular metal panel I can insert where the mirrors connect to the door. I'm going to go try Home Depot now and see if I can find something I can use.
