I would think so. I get about 25 mpg in the city and anywhere from 30-35 mpg on the highway. Oh, that's with a 95 gsr sedan with 116k miles and burning some oil.
My GSR mows through gas pretty good. Its not bad though, I think it has to do with the mods I have. When im at 70mph on the highway my rpm's are around 4100. My gear ratios are really really close so I don't get that great of gas mileage but I wouldn't trade my setup for the world so Im happy with pounding the gas to it. I have yet to see how much I get for a full tank because I usually don't fill the tank. Mostly because Im waiting for a cocky VR6 driver to come up on me in town (yellow vr6 that has been owning everyone). Im waiting patiently on him so I can put him in his place......by atleast a few cars

i just recently got 33mpg in the city and i vtec'd a few times during that tank too.. i think my K&N filter made a difference too, more air.. not too much performance wise but I think it increased my gas mileage with the same driving preferences (sometimes more redline runs) than when I didn't have it.
