I took my car into get inspected, but it failed the emmisions part. I think it was the chip in the ECU. I got that back when i got the ITR pistons. Do you think that the chip would increase the hydro carbon level by 2 times?

 

ecu could possibly do that...o2 could be bye bye or even cat could be bad too..

get a shop to check it out for you so that you are not wasting your money..
