how do you know if your lsd is working? i just had my syncros fix from the dealer and every time i make a U-turn and turn the steering wheel there seems to be like a rubbing or humming noise somwhere? anyone know what it is?

yeah, i drove my ITR at buttonwillow and i could feel the LSD working, keeping me in the corner, but then i jumped into my pals gsr and dang! more understeer and slip in the same corner. very nice!

if your lsd is not working when one side of your car catches air (goes over a pothole or bump) it will start to spin faster. if your LSD is working, the wheel in the air should stay relatively the same speed.

 

you could raise the front of the car off the ground..spin either tire..the other should turn the same direction..if it turns the other direction..you got no lsd..
