my friend has got a 98' integ, we both have the same stuff on ours, to the brand and model..he says his will win no matter what b/c its a 98...anyways question is, ive heard 95-96 are the best years for GSR, but i've heard different...can anyone clarify?

 

no your thinking of the 94-95 integras that came with the OBD1 ecu. Just race him and get it over with. someone correct me if im wrong about the first part.

I bet it's not.

 

I gaurantee you the better driver will win the race. No two person has the same exact driving skills.... so if you launch better and shift quicker than your friend, then you will win, and vice versa.

 

I say you move this to kills for proper treatment Skunk2nr what happened to your % level?

 

both cars are obd2.. if both have the same mods it should all be down to whos the better driver or who gets the better launch. race him and find out. let us know.

94-95 are OBD-1

and never vote for SWED

race yo its all down to skill and if you got it you'll own

 

drivers race as stated above many times. both your cars perform the same stock so its all in who is can handle there car better. Atleast you can brag around that your the better driver if you win. Also, 94-95 are the faster gsr's because of the obd1 ecu. That is irrelavant in this case because both of you have obd2. Goodluck and the best driver will win.

obd1 gsr is not faster than a obd2 gsr,and doesnt produce more power.But obd1 responds better to mods

 

i had a race like thsi b4 94 gsr with itr cams,skunk2 intake manifold, i/h/e i raced a 99 gsrand he had a skunk2 ecu over me..we were pretty much even its a launch and shifting racing like someone stateb4. too i see it as WHO ITS RACE OF WHO GETS TO VTEC FIRST cause when i engage vtec b4 him i win and when he engages b4 me he wins its all in the luanch
