How to set engine back to TDC?

Well....I finally got around to installing my Inline Pro headgasket and ARP headstuds yesterday
Now the bad part...I don't know what the hell i was thinking and forgot to set everything to TDC before i took everything off
If anyone knows can you please let me know what i have to do now to get everythign back to TDC...its way off now

are you talking about the head or the block?
For the head assuming you have stock cam gears just put both of the gears so they point UP. there will be arrows and in the middle of the two will be tick mars... line those up evenly..
For the block, you could do what the guy above me said, however a more exact way is using the crank pulley.. on the timing belt cover there is a raised piece of plastic that points like an arrow to the crank pulley. There is a white stripe on the crank itself that you allign with that arrow... that is TDC...

Be very careful when turning the engine over, bending valves is quite easy with the cam timing off. Here is what I do when the valve timing is way off (like when a car comes in with a broken t-belt) :
Set the engine about 1/8 of a turn before TDC, that way, all of the pistons are below the deck, and no valves will hit- then turn your cams to the proper setting for TDC-the words "up" on the cam gears up, and the hash marks on the cam gears level with the head and each other. Then bring the engine all the way to TDC and install the belt.
