Default Will I pass SMOG in the Bay Area?

I am going to be installing the following on my R.. I am located in the SF Bay Area, 5 min away from Burlingame.. I was wondering if I will be able to pass SMOG with these mods:

1) Apex'i N1 Catback
2) JDM 4 to 1 Header
3) Carsound Cat
4) AEM CAI

Info would be great.. I have heard that I WILL pass SMOG, because I have the Carsound Cat, but I am still uncertain.. Help me please!

It depends who you go to. If you know the smog guy, no problem. Otherwise, the JDM 4-1 Header is not CARB Legal.

Most smog inspection stations are a joke.

You'll pass the tailpipe probe without too much problem (but be sure the car is adequately warmed up, first), but the visual inspection depends on the guy.

I just moved back to CA and I passed with a CAI, Mugen header, mugen exhaust, and a few other bells and whistles. Actually, my emmisions in both NC and CA were on the very low end of the allowable ranges.
