Default Help with Pioneer HU controls

It seems that in order to turnt he Subwoofer on I need to swith the control from "front + rear" to "front + sub"

But while the sub goes on, the rear speakers go off. How can I have all the speakers and the sub on?

I know there's gotta be a way, I just can't figure it out or find the manual.

Thanks in advance

I have a pioneer HU. maybe i can help. But i'd need to know how many pre outs you have. And which ones go to an amp. Or do you run the interior speakers off the deck? Maybe which model you have too. I have the DEH-P6500

Yeah, plug the RCA's for the sub amp into the non fading pre outs. And set it to front + rear. Setting it to front+sub turns the rear pre outs into a second set of non fading ones for another sub amp.

Sounds like something is messed up. I have all 4 speakers run off the HU and sub amp on the sub preouts and everything works fine.

Hmm.
Let me check my settings in my deck.
