Default SHIFT **** GETTING HOT

WHENEVER I DRIVE FOR PROBABLY HALF AN HOUR AND I STOP SOMEWHERE .. WHEN I COME BACK TO MY CAR AND GET READY TO DRIVE MY SHIFT **** IS ALWAYS REALLY HOT.. DONT KNOW WHATS GOIN ON?????? 95 GSR

mine gets hot from the sun, from how hot it gets inside of the car, and the fact that i have no heat shields dont really help

It is normal that it gets how because of: 1 - The Sun 2- The Exhaust Heat

the problem is because the shifter gets heat-soaked just from being by the cat.

i have the skunk 2 shift **** and it gets really hot so i put something over it and it made it not so hot. yeaa

So its not hot while you drive, but then when you come back to your car, its hot? I'm confused also, even with EVERYTHING IN CAPS&gt;&gt;

Just keep a small towell in the car and cover it when you get out. also
try to park in the shade.

that's exactly what i do, just use the little bag that came with my sunglasses and cover it up. aluminum gets hot quick! the short shifter and ****
