Im running a built gsr in a 91 si hatch . The car pulled real hard up until my dizzy locked up and was rebuilt . Then I got code 8 (crank position) and no vtec (code 21). Cleared all my codes , no more codes. The cars bogs down and cant go over like 3k rpm's and the tach bounces erraticly, but still no codes .Another funny thing is I just hooked up my msd sci digital plus w/ external coil less than a week ago , and already burnt out the coil The questions I have are as followed :
1. Could the locked up dizzy fu*cked up my cam and cause these problems?
2.Could a bad igniter cause all these problems ?
3. Im not sure my vtec is even working, but the problems seems to be getting worse, (bad igniter or problem w/ dizzy?
