why try and sue the trucker? because it was his fault? that doesn't seem like a "good" reason.. I mean, if they're trying to not pay for your car or medical bills, with a little extra, I would totally understand. But otherwise, I don't see the point except to further cloud the US legal system and try to make money off his insurance company..

definitely get a rental though and do whatever you normally do with the R(I assume keep it stored)..
