Default Prospeed-performance = Bad customer service

I've been a customer from there since 2000 and I've been loyal to them. But I can't stand it anymore. All they do is give you the run around. Since I was going to have them build my block, I was going to have them take it to Golden Eagle to have it sleeved. Brian said it would be 2 weeks for the sleeving to be done. I've waited patiently for months. I didn't get mad because I changed my mind and didn't want to have the block built anymore. So I've been recently trying to call him to get my block back but he is avoiding my phone calls. I know for sure he is aboiding my calls because I called prospeed with different phones and he would always pick up, just not my phone calls. I am very disappointed in this kind of service for a long time customer like me. So think twice before you go to prospeed

wow, very surprising to hear you had problems with them Vu. I personally never had anything major done by them, but everytime I had something done Brian helped me out fine. Good luck to you and the other guy who said he had issues.

what people in the import scene always forgets is that once a business gives bad service and somehow manages to provide you with product needs you as a customer feel better and forget the bad business you had to deal with. i wish that more people realize that you can avoid this by reporting these businesses to the better business bureau. the more negative reports a buisness has from the bbb the less customers and soon their own attitudes change.

this is why there are a million shops out there. you have the option to choose the best to do the work for your hard earned money.

yeah im bringing this post back from the dead because brian has my deposit from about 1.4 years ago, he has avoided me and given me the run around for that long. shortly i will take legal action against him if he doesnt set things straight. i just wanted to let others know that he doesnt care about customer service. he has told me for weeks that my items shipped or that he forgot to ship them, there alot of excuses. he just doenst care anymore, at least about my situation, he already took and spent my deposit a year ago. Im not going to let this guy continue doing buisness without people knowing how he is.

KillaB-: Wow, thats insane to have gone on that long. But if you're in Corona, why didn't you just go pick up the stuff? (or was it coming from somewhere farther?)

the deposit was only 300 but hey money is money, and brian from prospeed contacted me and will resolve this by the end of the week, and about the ecu socketing, im not saying he does poor work, he just takes much longer than normal ordering and following up on things. IF you can do same day ecu socketing go right ahead, its not his skill that i have complaints about its his customer service

Keep us updated

Prospeed has treated me good in previous years. I just been doing things more on my own now, so I haven't used his services.
