Default got a new motor and new wheels, take a look

I shouldnt post till I have some dyno results but what the hell..

My car has been running on the stock ITR motor with a whimpy T3 for 23,000 miles so I figured it was time to go bigger.

New Setup:
B18C5 GE sleeved
84.5mm Endyn 9.8:1 pistons
crower rods
GSR cams
OBX mani (let the comments begin)
T3/To4E 360 thrust .63 stage 3/.50 57 trim water cooled
HKS wastegate
2 1/2 downpipe (LHT custom)
test pipe
mugen exhaust
Blitz IC
2 1/4 and 2 1/2 piping
1st gen eclipse BOV
680cc mazda injectors
Zdyne gold
walboro 255 intank
Ported Intake mani (Endyn)
J&S safeguard
Profec B
3 bar map
Clutchmasters stage 3

I have heard all the horror stories about the OBX mani but I decided to try it anyway. LHT Performance did my install and they custom fabricated some nice braces for the turbo and down pipe. There is absolutely no weight on the manifold at all. The wastegate is also braced.
If it breaks I will fix it. Been on there for 5 days without an issue so I will keep my fingers crossed.
Still breakin in the motor, then off to the dyno..

Here is a couple of pics, car is dirty from all the stinkin rain.

LHT Performance unbelievable once again.

You wouldnt believe how hard it was to get that freaking manifold to work. The wastegate would not fit, the downpipe would not fit. DO NOT BUY THIS MANIFOLD. I hope it works for me but I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Thankyou for the compliments

Dyno numbers from back at Nopi were like 246hp and 173tq or something close to that. That was back at the beginning, turbo had only been on a week when it was at Nopi. Most recent numbers are in my sig which will be changing soon.

itr206: good luck with your build, I have been following your process.

Looks like an engine dampener to me. Everything looks good in your setup, excpet the manifold will eventually crack to all hell.

How the hell do you have a Zdyne Gold running that thing??? Last time I called out there they were still twiddeling their thumbs on getting out an ODB2 version. They dragged the **** out so long it drove me to buy a PowerFC to get my car running 1.5 years ago.

Zdyne install was accomplished by use of OBD0 distributor, peak&hold injectors with resistor box, and custom built (and unheard of) OBD2 to OBD0 conversion harness(constructed by me!!). Tuning and install were done at LHT

Congrats on your new setup scooter....the countdown to dyno time has begun.
any guesses to how much HP?

Nice car, I'd stick with the bronze wheels myself

Why does it seem like your bumper doesn't match either fender, one fender doesnt match the car or bumper ? Is CW just a funky color or were you hit ?

did that manifold come like that or did you have it coated?

So are what ECU are you running it with since you converted to OBD-0?

Ah, so YOU'RE the one for this week, gotcha. I'll make sure I'm mobile for that. What concerns me is that manifold. It's so cheaply constructed, you can brace it all you like, but the welds will flake off inside...well that's just not good for turbo life. I'd like to see you into something else...

As stated, his car was converted to OBD0 for use of the Zdyne computer setup, hence the clear plugs for the dizzy.
