Took me 2 days to install it in my Civic, B18c1 motor. I worked from 9am to 5pm, and took a 1 hour lunch break on both days. The hardest part for me was getting the intake manifold gasket off the block. I also had a friend help me, and thank goodness for that, cause with out my buddy to help, it would have sucked even more.

First time you do anything it always takes longer. Just take your time and do it right.

Take your time and do it right the first time..and a tip will be for your coolant lines back there, be sure to re-route them correctly and out of the way of the S/C to avoid pinching them and causing coolant to leak....don't ask me how I know...heheh

i did mine on my R in about 5 afternoons after work. took a bit of time as i just wanted to have some fun as i also have a beater to drive. wasn't that hard at all other than cleaning up one of the threads in the blower ... really, just follow the instructions step by step and make sure to check harness length and give yourself enough slack in the fuel injector harness. that was the biggest pita imho. i also had to go to the local service station to get the alternator pulley zipped off since i only had a metrinch tool set (which i love). still, overallthe install was straight forward and easy ... total time about 12 hours

Yes installing the charger the right way takes some time. Follow all the steps one by one and you should have no problems. also since you are doing this on an R<<<< hondata, hondata, hondata or you will be dissapointed. there is a guy here in town who has a SC typr -r and he is running 8 psi I am running 9psi on my Si and on the interstate from just about any speed I will pull on him. He has so much more potential than me he just needs it to be tuned right!!!
