Anyone ever use JDM B16 pistons with a B18 block?
I currently have a JDM B16A (SiRII) motor in my hatch. I wanna swap out the block for a b18c1 and bump up the compression a bit. Now I went to http://www.c-speedracing.com to use their c/r calculator and I figured out if I had a b16 head with a b18c1 block and the jdm b16 pistons it would yield me a c/r of 11.6 and thats the c/r that I want.
Anyone have this setup? If so what rods did you use (b16 or b18)? This would be alot cheaper than buying a brand new set of pistons when I do get my block.

I don't mean to be a dick, but search for poor man's type r (b18c block, b16 head and pistons), since that is basically what you are describing. If I knew the answer for sure I would let you know but I believe you can use the stock b18c rods.
