I was coming home from Summit Point Raceway... They were re-entering the highway from a Rest Area. I flew by right beside them, towing my Hype-R Race Kar, and blew the horn. We rolled together for a little while until they merged onto another highway. Nice seeing you guys.. made me wish I was driving mine instead of towing.

Ahhh yes it was us (me and Ferrell), we were coming back from Richmond VA. Very cool running into you, car looked good chillin on the trailer. I kept passing you and slowing down so I could read all of the sponser stickers on the car Definitely livened up a boring spot of the trip

Cool man!! I was hoping you guys were on here! Yep, seeing two more ITRs livened up the trip for me too. I was getting ready to stop for a Red Bull, but woke up a little after our meet-up. Cars looked great! Willard was rolling about 20 minutes ahead of me, so there was almost 4 of us! What are the chances of that?

An ECHC ITR was the last thing I expected to see....running into Willard woulda been interesting as well. Probably would have soiled my pants?

Are you guys gonna make it to Hype-R Fest (Honda-Challenge Race) this weekend at Summit Point?

 

I'm gonna be living in Virginia as of August..I will be attending James Madison Univerisity althought the R will not be coming with me my first year. Its right off of I-81. Anyone around that area?

I doubt we will make it, I have to work next weekend. I headed straight to work as soon as we got home last night, kind of harsh on the health.

There's quite a few JMU guys on Honda-Tech. Just make a post about JMU folks or Madison Motorsports.

 

I'd like to make it to Summit Point but I don't think I can handle another 12 hours of driving two weekends in a row Why does everything have to be 5-6 hours from WV?

Woulda been neat to meet Willard, wish we wouldn't have split so soon, if there was a rest area or something I woulda like to have stopped and been able to chat with you guys. BTW, any photos of your car?

Oh, know what's weird? Coming home from the Expo we drove like 2 hours through WV w/ the hatchcrap, what's up with us randomly meeting up w/ R&D cars? Strange, very strange. I was able to snap a couple photos of his car, too bad it was dark when we met up w/ you.

 

That IS Weird.. considering we're the only two cars on the planet with those decals right now.
Yep, would have been nice to stop someplace and chat. Willard was in a big hurry to beat the Sandman home. He's the worst when it comes to Late Night driving.. lol.. he uses all of the road, and then some.

Will you remember we had 3 py R and Andy's hatch coming back from VIR last year.

 

The ECHC car was awesome! Good to see the R getting put to good use. I Wish we could've pulled off and chatted, but maybe next time. I would've also liked to meet Willard...
