Default CRX guru's, got a question

So I'm thinking about getting an HF as my next project car and converting it to awd.
1) HF is the lightest CRX made, correct? I'm hoping the inherit lightness will offset the weight penalty of awd. Does the HF has power steering?
2) I'm not too firmilar with the crx engines, what engine combo (probably have to go FI) would give the CRX enough power to get out of it's own way?
3) Anyone ever attempted anything like this before?

1. yes, the HF is the lightest chassis. no hte hf doesnt have power steering

2. its up to you, but i would do b18 turbo.

Ctually I saw something like this before... They had a B20-Vtec with an older CRV drive train... The drive shaft will fit but it will have to be a cusom made one i think... for the engine... you will have to use a b-series and use the CRV drive train like they did... I wouldnt go with a B16 though cause the lower displacement and lack of torque will just be too slow with AWD... I would do a B18C or B18a turbo...

now THAT is a worthwhile project. i wonder how tough the drivetrain is, and what in the hell could he have used for an ecu?
