I hit vtec my car started giving code 16
Took out the battery wire and took out the Fuel tank wire code went away hit vtec again and stopped at stop light to make U turn to return home it started blinking the code

What can be the problem maybe fuel injector is dead?
Anyone had similar problem like me I drove the car about under 500 miles since swap..

bump. having the same problem with a d15 stock dpfi code 16 and wont rev past 3500

 

Check all your injectors and make sure their working..and you can't rev passed 3500 cuz car is in limp mode
