would i need a fpr and a fuel rail to give this setup the extra fuel it needs? or maybe even bigger injectors? i have b16 injectors right now. also how much power would this yield?

wideband o2 + a/f readings is the only way to tell

 

do you think i could drive on it without dangerously lean conditions?

 

i would rather be save then sorry, get an afr and bump the psi a little
