where can i find engine bolt torque specs for b-series engine? eg: head bolts, rod bolts?

where can i find engine bolt torque specs for b-series engine? eg: head bolts, rod bolts?
i am rebuilding from scratch my ITR engine. i have somehow lost my helms manual with all the torque specs and necessary info to put the engine back together. can anyone tell me what the torque sttings for the crank main bearing cover bolts are supposed to be as well as for the rod bolts? or if there is anywhere online i can find these? thanks a lot! any help is better than no help
