obd1 will be a pain. itll probably be easier to go obd0 because i dont think there are any conversion harnesses for 84-87 civics. also if your car is carbed that will be a problem. there is a mount kit available though to mount the engine. searching helps, a few have done that swap

my cousin just actually got done doing a B16A swap into his 87 CRX SI....
first of all u will have to rewire ur car to run with OBDO ECU's (i mean the PR3, PWO, PG7 or PR4) instead of that old vacum advanced stuff....
actually hes using a PR3 as of now(borrowed), but the permanent ecu that he will use is a PM6 Zdyne'd

go ahead and email him, he can give u the details.....
tell him chaco sent u....
his email is rnspeed@hotmail.com

http://www.hasport.com <- Mount kits, Axles, wiring harness, and other odds and ehds
http://www.redpepperracing.com < few guys were did the swap... not to many...

Rewiring can be done.... http://www32.brinkster.com/tjs....html <- best ******* chart for Electronic advanced EVAR!

ODB1 can be done if you do the elec distrib rewiring... then buy a harness from here... my friend made his own for pretty much nothing...

You WILL have a run a wire for VTEC and pick up a VSS off a 88-91 civic/CRX... they swapn right in no problem....

everything for the swap was pretty easy...place racing also makes mounts for 84-87 its a lil cheaper and they do have a difference...you will need a coulple things that u can buy or make such as shift linkage, wiring harness etc. the only thing that was pretty boring was the wiring but other than that it was kool
