Default how hard to replace this wire?

my blinkers don't work and i'm pretty sure it's the wire from the relay to the actual blinker switch. I don't think it could be anything else because the relay is good and my hazards work so the relay to the bulbs is good and ino it's not a fuse and the bulbs are also fine so i think this could be the only thing that it could be. but how hard would it be to do this myself? replacing the wire from the relay to the actual blinker switch on the stearing wheel. if i took it into a shop you have any idea how much it would cost? thanks
