keep getting map sensor code and vtec oil psi code at high rpm's? going into limp.

keep getting map sensor code and vtec oil psi code at high rpm's? going into limp.
I only get the code when I am near red line in 3rd gear like 7500 to 7800. then it throws me into limp. every time I reset the ecu and clear the code it still happens.
here is my setup.
88 crx
88 crx injectors
12:1 FMU
map bypass valve
walbro 255
VAFC + 15% above 5000
forgot to add its a B18C1
can anyone tell me what is going on, or could it just be I have a bad map sensor?
has this ever happend to anyone else?

is is a bad map sensor, boost can instantly rupture the diaphram, especielly if it is a older map sensor, my prelude did this,

but why would it work under the same boost at low rpm's, and only throw a code when its at high rpm's?
