Anyone have Skunk2 Race springs? how are they? Spring Rates?

I was going to get H&R Race springs but then i saw these. Are the Skunk2 lowering springs any good? What's their spring rates?

my friend had those in 90 EF they felt really good. pretty much stock just a tad soft for my taste though. but althought it was another car. just stick with H&R they specialize in that and skunk2 doesn't.

my skunks are really harsh....you feel every little bump in the road. Unless you have alot of smooth roads..it can get really annoying
