f22 w/3in piping, on stock header?

f22 w/3in piping, on stock header?
a few questions.....
1. if i take my skunk2 muff to the shop, and have them put new 3in. piping all the way back, will it fit on my stock header?
2. if not, can they make it fit?
3. will i have to repipe after my h23 swap?
4. 3in piping is suffcient for turbo?
