Mugen Sport Exhuast
Does anybody here have the Mugen Sport Exhust? If so then how does it look from behind, side etc. And how does it sound? I heard its not very loud but it sounds very nice. Where can I get one for the cheapest price?
the twin loop right???a friend of mine has it on his ek,and it sounds pretty good, quiet when just cruising, but it starts to get kinda loud at full throttle, nothing loud enough to attract any unwanted attention though--like police.it has a very understated look-small,plain looking tip,and you can't really see it from the side,so most people won't even know what it is(or how much it cost ya)
I have the Mugen exhaust on my hatch. It sounds just like stock, except for when its coming down from the rev. It's very DEEP. I love it. You get the same power as a full exhaust, too. Do it the right way, get the mugen. I love it. You won't regret it!
I can't believe DC sports is making a rip off of Mugen's own Sport Exhuast and it'll probably be cheaper too, but it won't be as good or respectable as the original Mugen Sport exhuast. Damn! It pisses me off because they're a lot of other companies out there that make rif offs of the original manufactures such as Tanabe's Racing Madellion exhuast and sell them for cheaper, but lemme tell you guys it may be cheaper but it'll rust faster and break down faster. The original company designs are created through tons of hours of research and money. In Japan the street racers over there don't settle for imatations cuase they want the best such as HKS, Greddy, Apexi, Mugen, Spoon, etc. And did you guys know that they can leave they're cars unlocked and nobody would touch it because they have a lot of respect for each others cars. Kool huh?
I think I'm going to give the new DC a try. Probably won't cost a forture like the Mugen and I am sure is just as good in the quality department. I have a cat-back stainless (No Rust on Stainless) DC on my TEG which has been great, but I would like something that is not as loud on my civic. As long as you stick with a quality name brand you usually can't go wrong and if it does that's what warranties are for. Just my .02.
