I took the cover of the APEXI VAFC off. In the center of the top cover is blue see-through. Does that part pop out, or am I going to break it trying to get it to pop out.

Paint the silver case black to match the interior. I'm going to mount it where the ash tray is, but silver will look bad there.

 

I think its glued in place....you might want to try heating it slightly with a hair dryer...don't put the setting too high or you'll melt the plastic

otherwise, tape it up REALLY well

no prob! btw, does anyone know if it is possible to change the color 'transparent blue screen'? i am hoping to convert it to red. do you think stained glass red paint will work? thanks.
