BTW my car is lowered 1.3 inches (eibach pro kit on tokiko blue struts) and it handles fine, rides like stock.

not sure of the 1/4th times yet i will be going to the track once clutch/flywheel is installed. But my boys 99LS ran a 15.2 with i/h/e/unorthodox pulleys/act clutch and Xact 8.8lb flywheel (basically my set up) on street tires.
